Returns Eligibility

• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original packaging with tags intact
• Free from stains, odors, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items, customized pieces, and intimate wear are not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for prompt resolution.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error originated from us.
